About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our rapidly growing corporate customer service department at Corona Energy. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and share our commitment to providing high-quality service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate customers, ensuring their interactions with our business are of the highest standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, using excellent attention to detail to resolve issues and plan for future requirements.
  • Use reporting and analysis to provide customer insight, becoming a subject matter expert to fully service an account.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
