Collaborating closely with the National Account Director, you will play a crucial role in enhancing market presence, optimizing revenue performance, and uncovering new business avenues.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the National Account Director to execute strategies aimed at account expansion and TMC engagement. Develop and fortify relationships with corporate clients to boost revenue and improve market reach. Tackle complex client requests, proactively manage inquiries, and pinpoint opportunities to broaden business connections. Generate comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to assess performance against objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including Revenue Management and regional Sales, to seize revenue opportunities. Exhibit exemplary client relationship management and account development practices, establishing trusted advisor roles. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to maximize profitability. Travel as necessary to engage with clients and support business goals.What We're Looking For:
A proactive self-starter capable of driving major corporate account sales and maintaining/growing market share with existing TMCs and Preferred Partners. Proven B2B sales proficiency with a history of strategic account development in hospitality or a related sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. A strategic thinker with the capability to utilize consumer behavior insights to propel business growth. Prior experience in account management or sales, ideally within corporate travel or hospitality. Results-driven with a dedication to surpassing sales targets and thriving in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in effective sales methodologies, commercial negotiations, and market data analysis. Ambitious, driven, and knowledgeable about the hotel sector's value proposition.Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience in Account Management and Sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Desirable Qualifications:
Educated to HND/Degree level or equivalent. Familiarity with PMS systems such as Opera, S&C, or Delphi. Knowledge of Hotelligence or other industry benchmarking tools.
