Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance and Investments Advisor to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As an Insurance and Investments Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial well-being and protecting their interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and risk management solutions to clients, identifying areas of risk and recommending suitable insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their financial security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in a related field or professional certifications, such as CII or ACII.
