**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at Jark - Worcester. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and transactions
* Assist in processing payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and no discrepancies
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
* Support payroll processing by gathering and inputting relevant data
* File financial records and important documentation, and identify and resolve errors in financial records
* Send and pay invoices, chase late payments, and reconcile company accounts
* Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Previous experience in processing payroll
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other finance systems
**Working Hours and Salary**
The working hours are Monday to Friday, and the salary is up to £26,000.
