About the Role

We are seeking a highly specialist speech and language therapist to join our special schools team in Waltham Forest. As a key member of our team, you will provide assessments and interventions for children with complex communication needs, working closely with school staff to deliver training and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver assessments and interventions for children with complex communication needs
  • Provide training and support to school staff on assessment tools, treatment techniques, and therapeutic interventions
  • Work closely with the special schools team to develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Support and line manage a small team of therapists in school
