Job Title: Skilled Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced handyman to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a skilled handyman, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks on construction sites, including painting and decorating, patching, snagging, sealing and caulking, and general maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CSCS card, own tools, and previous experience in the trade. You must be able to work efficiently, effectively, and safely, and have excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Painting and decorating of new build housing
  • Patching and snagging work
  • Sealing and caulking
  • General maintenance work
  • Customer care works

Requirements:

  • A valid CSCS card
  • Own tools
  • Previous experience in the trade
  • Checkable reference if not worked with Fawkes & Reece

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
