Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction labourer to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a construction labourer, you will be responsible for carrying out various tasks on construction sites, including painting and decorating, patching, snagging, sealing and caulking, and general handyman duties.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CSCS card, own tools, and previous experience in the trade. If you are self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Painting and decorating of new build housing
  • Patching and snagging work
  • Sealing and caulking
  • General handyman duties
  • Customer care works
  • Minor joinery works

Requirements:

  • A valid CSCS card
  • Own tools
  • Previous experience in the trade
  • Checkable reference if not worked with Fawkes & Reece

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
