Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support our construction trades and labour team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timesheets, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining effective communication with candidates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Timesheet chasing and spreadsheet updates.
  2. Managing placements and requirements.
  3. Candidate update calls and assistance with setup issues.

Requirements:

  1. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  2. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  3. Confidence and ability to integrate well into the team.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work 3-4 days per week (or full-time), with opportunities for growth and expansion into a permanent role. A competitive hourly rate of £11.50 - £12 per hour will be offered, commensurate with experience.
