About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team at DataTech Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in aiding our recruitment consultants in sourcing top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to comprehend specific candidate requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct headhunting and candidate harvesting to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Interact with our candidate database to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods and tools to surface high-quality talent in the market.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome tests and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and aid multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work autonomously while also contributing to team goals and revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within recruitment or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent.

  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
