- Manage and professionally report on classroom behaviours or incidents.
- Adapt teaching methods to maximise each pupil's learning potential.
- Mark and assess classwork and homework assignments.
- Maintain professional communication with staff members and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching upper or lower Key Stage 1 pupils.
- Strong communication skills with staff and parents.
- Ability to liaise with the safeguarding team in a professional manner.
- A genuine passion for motivating and developing pupils learning in an alternative provision environment.
- Full-time availability during term time.
- Competency in marking pupil's work and setting relevant targets.
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Eligibility Criteria:
- To be considered for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last two years.
