About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Utilita Energy. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our CRM and customer journey products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product roadmaps
  • Accountable for product outcomes and value/viability risks
Requirements
  • Extensive commercial product management experience in CRM systems and customer journey
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take accountability for product outcomes and drive results
