Warehouse Operations Manager

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse, including managing staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and optimizing stock management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the warehouse team to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective stock management strategies to maximize warehouse space and reduce costs
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate resource is available to meet operational demands
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures
- Collaborate with the senior management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations
- Proven experience in a warehouse management role, with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and stock management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
