Warehouse Operations Manager

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their warehouse facility in Snetterton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse, including managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team in the effective utilization of IT systems to improve workflow and efficiency
- Evaluate and optimize stock management and handling to maximize profitability and warehouse space usage
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate resource for day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, employment law, and company procedures
- Manage the warehouse budget and work closely with customers to increase revenue
- Lead the promotion and delivery of training and development programs to improve morale and staff satisfaction
- Lead the creation of a culture of continuous improvement and work with senior management to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in warehouse management and health and safety procedures
- Strong knowledge of stock management software and warehouse operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
