Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a recruitment strategy that aligns with our company vision and objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Partnership with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide insights into the talent marketplace.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, assessment, and employment offers.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and key trends.
  • Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Create a pipeline of hard-to-fill talent and direct source candidates.
  • Hiring Manager Guidance: Influence and guide hiring managers through our talent acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Talent Pipeline Needs: Support the people review and succession planning process to define talent pipeline needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have prior talent management and in-house recruitment experience, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various vacancies. You will also possess excellent communication skills to manage partnerships with managers at all levels and adaptability to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
