As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet its strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing an inspiring recruitment strategy that supports both Commercial and Operations organizations in the UK.

You will be responsible for creating an engaging candidate experience that conveys our unique Company Brand and Culture from the very start. This is pivotal to our success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing the current recruitment and onboarding process to improve the effectiveness of recruitment programs.
  • Partnering with the wider HR team and hiring managers to consult on their talent requirements and provide insight into the talent marketplace.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, assessment, and salary-benchmarked employment offers.
  • Tracking and reporting all recruitment within the business, measuring on KPIs and metrics to identify improvement within the function and key trends.
  • Using various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates by creating engaging content and job adverts.
  • Directing source candidates and creating a pipeline of hard-to-fill talent.
  • Influencing and guiding hiring managers through our Talent Acquisition processes in line with current industry best practice.
  • Supporting the people review/succession planning process to define talent pipeline needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have prior Talent Management and in-house recruitment experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of vacancies using various recruitment tools and platforms.

You will have excellent communication skills to manage partnerships with Managers at all levels to ensure the strategic business goals are met. Adaptability and the ability to deal with change are also essential to ensure smooth end-to-end processes across a diverse workload.

A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
