This Quantity Surveying Professional role at RGB Network presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about quantity surveying and committed to delivering high-quality results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the measurement and quantification of mechanical services for construction projects, as well as assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for these services. Your duties will also include assessing and valuing variations and claims for mechanical services, ensuring that all relevant documentation is accurate and up-to-date. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the measurement and quantification of mechanical services for construction projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for mechanical services.
  • Assess and value variations and claims for mechanical services.


Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £21,750 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 20 days holiday and 8 bank holidays initially, increasing to 25 days after two years of service. A pension scheme is also available, providing additional benefits for employees.
