HR Business Partner Opportunity

Find Apprenticeships is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving the people agenda and providing strategic HR support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive the people agenda and deliver HR initiatives.
  • Oversee employee relations and provide legally compliant advice and coaching to leadership.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with code of conduct and data protection principles.
  • Strengthen relations with local communities for career advice and apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Deputise for the HR Director as required.
  • Lead on HR projects, including data analysis and utilisation.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong Generalist HR experience at Operational and Strategic levels.
  • Experience working as an HR Business Partner is essential.
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data.
  • Ability to travel to other UK sites as required.
