We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that respects and promotes the dignity of our customers.
  • Support customers to achieve their outcomes, involving their families and professionals as needed.
  • Connect customers to their communities, accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, families, and professionals, documenting and reporting as required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £ p/hr for drivers and £ p/hr for walkers.
  • Mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists.
  • Bonus schemes, including up to £300 for new starters, £300 for referrals, and £300 annual bonus.
  • A fully funded DBS check.
  • Paid induction training and ongoing development opportunities.

Induction Training:
