About the Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Value Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social value strategy, ensuring that our projects deliver tangible social benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social value strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate social value considerations into project planning and delivery.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and community groups to identify opportunities for social value creation.
  • Monitor and report on social value outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on social value principles and practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums, promoting our social value initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social value and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, sustainability, business) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering successful social value initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of social value frameworks and standards (e.g., Social Value Act, ISO).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on social value outcomes.
  • Passion for social value and sustainability, with a commitment to making a positive impact.
