Position Summary

Samsung is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Business Manager to join our European Visual Office (EVO) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the retail and online channels across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and expansion in the retail and online channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management and marketing departments, to align on product strategies and ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial or product management role, ideally in a multi-cultural or Pan-European environment.
  • Strong understanding of the European retail landscape and retail critical metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to network and handle a diverse set of team members across international cultures.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple complex work streams across a large matrix organisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data sets and distil to clear and concise insights.
