Avenue Scotland - FALKIRK is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Edinburgh. This role offers an estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of a diverse fleet of vehicles, including executive coaches. Your duties will involve undertaking vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs, as well as carrying out preventative maintenance and fault diagnostics.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with Company Operators Licence guidelines. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior technicians and maintaining high standards of health and safety. To succeed in this position, you should have a solid background in heavy vehicle maintenance, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have a time-served Heavy Vehicle Mechanic qualification and significant experience working on a variety of heavy vehicle types. They will also be proficient in diagnostic techniques and have a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
