About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Advisor to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of seating, standing, mobility, sleeping therapy, and bathroom equipment to customers in the Education, Health, and Social sectors.

You will work closely with our customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. This will involve conducting assessments, setting up and reviewing equipment in schools, homes, or clinics to ensure that the solutions provided are appropriate for the child's postural needs.

The ideal candidate will have a related background and experience dealing with children. You will be amiable, friendly, and consultative in your approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commercial awareness and acumen are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell a portfolio of seating, standing, mobility, sleeping therapy, and bathroom equipment to customers in the Education, Health, and Social sectors.
  • Conduct assessments, set up, and review equipment in schools, homes, or clinics to ensure that the solutions provided are appropriate for the child's postural needs.
  • Work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements
