We are seeking a talented Content Creator Professional to join our team at Thomas Carroll Group in Caerphilly. As a key member of our content strategy team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our digital content.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and captivating content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and oversee content across all social media platforms, including scheduling, publishing, and analysing post-performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Digital Strategy Manager to understand audience personas, industry trends, and campaign objectives.
  • Create compelling narratives that align with our brand's voice, values, and messaging.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth of content on various topics.
  • Generate ideas for new content pieces that provide value to our audience.
  • Work closely with our graphic designer, copywriter, and other agencies to create visually appealing content.
  • Develop monthly reports to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Optimise content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Manage multiple content projects and deadlines effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into relatable content.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, platforms, and collaboration software.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword incorporation.
  • Strong research skills to gather information from various sources.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of content trends and emerging platforms.

Benefits
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, including a paid lunch break.
  • Salary range £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
