Job Title: Learning Support Assistant, Part Time, Term Time

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Learning Support Assistant in a supportive and inclusive environment. The role involves providing support to children and young people with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who can work effectively with children, teachers, and other professionals to provide a high-quality education experience. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting students with learning difficulties, developing their skills, and promoting independence. You will also contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist students with learning difficulties in a variety of settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and group activities
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' learning goals and objectives
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and accessible lesson materials
- Provide guidance and support to students on topics such as organization, time management, and self-esteem

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with students
- Basic knowledge of SEN policies and procedures preferred
