Overview:
Reaseheath College is set within beautiful campus grounds in Cheshire, providing an ideal environment for academic and personal growth. Our facilities include an Equestrian Centre, working farm, veterinary nursing centre, and fully licensed zoo facility.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,665 - £40,926 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a generous pension scheme with an employer contribution of 28.68%, enhanced sick pay up to 6 months full pay, and access to an on-site gym and Pluxee reward scheme.

Responsibilities:
As Programme Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Canine and Equine academic team, coordinating curriculum delivery, and providing a high-quality student experience. You will work closely with Senior Leaders and colleagues to develop operational enhancements and drive the development of our new curriculum offer. Your key responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate programmes, leading a small team of academic teaching staff, and taking lead responsibility in specific areas of programme activity to improve KPIs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Level 6 qualification in a related discipline, preferably Bio Veterinary Science or Equine subjects. You will also require relevant experience within the subject sector and education sector, with a period of successful time working in Higher or Further education. Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others are essential, as is experience of teaching in Higher or Further education.
