Job Title: Marketing Manager - Outlet

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager - Outlet to join our team at Robert Walters Direct Sourcing EMEA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for our outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand partners and occupiers
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and sales
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or outlet environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
