About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Protection Specialist to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our revenue assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are paying the correct revenue for the products being sent through our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check weighing and cubing suspect freight to identify potential revenue discrepancies
  • Research customer bases to identify areas for revenue growth and improvement
  • Partner with depot sales managers to resolve charging exemptions and ensure accurate revenue collection
  • Update products and gain the correct rate financially and correct weight legally
  • Actively partner with sales teams to educate customers about their duty of care to our workers
  • Partner with GM/OM/Shift Managers to ensure teams are physically scanning product to gain additional revenue
  • Educate the workforce to actively look for new customers and opportunities to raise revenue
  • Spot check customers' freight based on trends of incorrect declaration
  • Maintain and utilize checking equipment/technology to ensure accurate revenue collection
  • Escalate concerns to depot management teams as necessary
