We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Inspire Neurocare. As a Physiotherapist - Neurocare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents who have diverse and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop effective treatment plans for residents with complex neurological conditions.
- Participate in collecting and analyzing clinical audit data, and use relevant outcome measures to inform practice.
- Carry out clinical risk assessments and complete risk management plans to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
- Advise on mobility and manual handling devices, and positioning equipment for residents, and document recommendations and guidance accordingly.
- Identify and source specialist equipment for residents with complex physical needs, ensuring all therapy equipment is well maintained, clean, and safe to use.
- Experience of working in a specialist neurological care environment.
- Relevant qualifications to work as a physiotherapist.
- Good teamwork skills, collaborating with other health professionals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share information with patients and fellow employees.
- Strong analytical skills to correctly diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment programs.
- Generous, above market-rate pay.
