Zest Optical is a leading retailer of premium eyewear, offering high-quality sunglasses, optical frames, and sports eyewear to customers across South East England.
As an Eyewear Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing existing client relationships and acquiring new accounts within your assigned region.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Determine customer targets and communicate them effectively, ensuring customer commitment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market potential and assess the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities, sharing insights with the team.
- Stay up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, and industry trends through regular store visits and relevant reading materials.
Requirements:
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in eyewear or fashion.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical and interpretative skills.
Compensation:
- Up to £42,000 base salary plus bonus and company car.
- Ongoing Total Earnings (OTE) of up to £70,000, including additional benefits.
