Job Description

As a Luxury Venue Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience. This includes providing personalized concierge services, liaising with chefs and housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of service, and coordinating arrivals and departures. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make guests feel at home, while your attention to detail will ensure that every need is met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience working in a luxury venue, where you have consistently delivered high levels of service. You should be confident in hosting guests with high expectations, familiar with fine wines, and able to offer a five-star level of service at all times. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure.
