We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Business Strategy Manager to join our team at DO & CO in London Heathrow's airline catering division. As a key member of our financial leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategies through in-depth financial analysis and data-driven insights. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to drive growth and optimize operational efficiency.

About the Role

This senior position involves developing and managing financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. You will prepare and present financial reports to leadership teams, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and optimize resource allocation. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in monitoring and reporting on capital expenditure (CapEx) to ensure alignment with budget goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex financial models to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, improve financial processes, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of new financial systems and controls, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in building and analyzing complex financial models is essential, as is experience in preparing, monitoring, and refining budgets to align with business goals. Strong communication and presentation skills are also required, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
