About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Academic to join our team in Dental Education and Training. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for leading and developing our dental education programs, working closely with our clinical teams to ensure that our students receive the highest quality education and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new dental education programs and curricula
  • Lead and manage a team of academic staff and clinicians
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure that education and training programs are aligned with clinical practice
  • Conduct research and publish papers in reputable academic journals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. dental education, clinical sciences)
  • Proven experience in leading and managing academic staff and clinicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong research and publication record
