About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Development Management Consultant to join our team at Arcadis Human Resources Limited. As a Graduate Development Management Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of service excellence by providing solutions to local authority clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in delivering complex and challenging corporate asset and regeneration projects and programmes.
  • Develop and deliver solutions, predominantly, but not exclusively, to local authority clients.
  • Work across a number of development initiatives from inception through to delivery of schemes across a broad range of activity.
  • Design management, viability and market insight, project/development management and risk management to deliver solutions and optimise client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
