Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer at Peak Physique Studios in Loughton. The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing fitness instruction, circuit training, sports coaching, and personalized nutrition guidance to clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality fitness instruction and circuit training sessions to clients
  • Provide sports coaching and personalized nutrition guidance to clients
  • Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with other trainers to ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills
  • Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
  • Knowledge of Nutrition and personalized dietary planning
  • Certification as a Personal Trainer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels
  • Experience in a similar role within the fitness industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or related field
