About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Relief Pharmacist to join our team at LincolnshireCoop. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our community pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage pharmacy teams to ensure efficient and friendly service delivery
  • Check prescriptions for accuracy and safety, and assist with dispensing medications
  • Support branch management in maintaining records, tracking inventory, and controlling stock levels
About You

We are looking for a professional and driven pharmacist who is passionate about healthcare and committed to developing their skills and career. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Confidence in providing expert health advice and delivering advanced and enhanced services
  • A professional and approachable manner to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality face-to-face interactions
  • Enthusiasm and drive to champion your own learning and development, and support the growth of your team
