About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated pharmacist to join our team as a Relief Pharmacist. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community pharmacies, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert health advice and guidance to patients, including checking prescriptions for accuracy and safety, and assisting with dispensing medications.
  • Support branch management, maintaining records, tracking inventory, controlling stock levels, and securing controlled drugs to maintain compliance.
  • Lead and develop a team, ensuring that our pharmacy meets its targets and providing a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Champion your own learning and development, and grow a continuous learning culture within your team to support their career growth.
About You

We are looking for a professional and driven pharmacist who has a genuine passion about healthcare and is keen to develop in their role and career. You will need to have:

  • A master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Confidence in providing expert health advice and the full range of advanced and enhanced services.
  • A professional and approachable manner to build and maintain dependable working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to be a role model for your team in delivering face-to-face interactions to a high standard.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to champion your own learning and development, and grow a continuous learning culture within your team to support their career growth.
