**Accountant Required for Central Birmingham Location

**Overview:

This Accounts Receivable role at SF Recruitment involves managing purchase invoices, setting up new supplier accounts, and ensuring timely payments. As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage purchase invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely approval
  2. Set up and update supplier accounts, maintaining accurate records
  3. Manage staff expenses, including weekly and monthly payments
  4. Monitor and reconcile supplier statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  5. Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders

**Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of purchase ledger experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial software systems
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
