Business Contracts Specialist

QED Legal is seeking a highly skilled Business Contracts Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial contract negotiation, particularly in public sector procurement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including framework agreements, SaaS, and consultancy agreements. They will also work closely with colleagues to ensure that commercial contracts are fit for purpose and assist with related commercial and legal issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including framework agreements, SaaS, and consultancy agreements
- Working with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts are fit for purpose
- Assisting with related commercial and legal issues
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing public sector commercial contracts and related public sector procurement experience
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating public sector procurement contracts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A commercial/business outlook to their work
