**About the Role:**

We are recruiting a Solar PV EPC Operations Manager to lead our project coordination efforts. As part of the UK EPC team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple solar PV and BESS projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain project schedules, aligning with key milestones.
  2. Coordinate resource allocation across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  3. Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Provide regular updates on project schedules, risks, and resource plans to management and clients.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.

**Estimated Salary:** £62,500 - £72,500 per annum.
