About the Role

We are expanding our support to our Mechanical and Electrical teams in Liverpool, UK. To meet this growth, we're seeking an experienced scheduler/planner.

This role involves scheduling reactive and planned works, managing operational/client requests, and escalating issues when required.

You'll organize project teams, including documentation, and ensure installations progress as expected, on-time delivery is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling system experience.
  • Outlook calendars or similar programs knowledge.
  • Excel skills to read and update data.
  • Managing multiple people, client, and location call-outs schedules.
  • Organized with attention to detail, accurately scheduling people and time.
  • Adaptable to changing schedules, rescheduling emergency jobs at short notice.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, prioritizing urgent jobs effectively.
  • Effective communication via email and phone, conveying detailed information clearly.
  • Confidently handling external demands and conflicting resources.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
