About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional High Profile Executive Support Assistant to join our team at Beam, a pioneering technology company transforming offshore wind through AI and robotic automation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to support a senior executive in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our CEO's support team, you will be responsible for managing business and private diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while ensuring efficient time management.

You will work closely with the Lead EA to beamagining complex travel itineraries and providing updates as required on travel plans and changes. Additionally, you will manage the CEO's expenses, submitting receipts and approvals to the Finance team in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role at CSuite or similarly senior level. They should possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required, along with project and action management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's business and private diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Work with the Lead EA to beamagining complex travel itineraries and provide updates on travel plans and changes
  • Manage the CEO's expenses, submitting receipts and approvals to the Finance team
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, building complex itineraries and providing updates as required
  • Liaise with legal support, assisting with NDA preparation and organisation
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role at CSuite or similarly senior level
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and loyalty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
