We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at Reed, a leading global recruitment agency. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in managing BAU compensation activities and Reward projects, driving the successful completion of Reward projects, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Global Reward Strategy: Support the delivery of our global Reward strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Reward Projects: Lead on various Reward projects, including global annual review cycles, pay gap reporting, and other compensation-related initiatives.
- Team Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of two Reward Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Data Analysis: Undertake data analysis and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels within the firm, driving business decisions and informing Reward strategy.
- Process Improvement: Drive a process of continual improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize Reward processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Compensation Expertise: In-depth experience in compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and complex annual review processes.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple Reward projects in a large professional services or corporate environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex Reward data to stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategic requirements into BAU activity.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in all work.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
