Job Title: Centre Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead and manage our team providing Alzheimer Scotland's programme of support for people concerned about their brain health or affected by dementia.

About the Role

The Centre Manager will be key to the successful delivery of Alzheimer Scotland's vision to develop a programme of brain health and dementia support at identified centres across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team providing Alzheimer Scotland's programme of support
  • Develop and implement a programme of brain health and dementia support
  • Work with individuals and families to provide advice, listening, opportunities, information, and support
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop partnerships and networks
  • Line manage staff within the Centre, including development and supporting a network of volunteers
Requirements
  • Understanding of the aims and values of Alzheimer Scotland
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Recognised professional qualification and/or relevant experience
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training
