About the Role

Hello Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our Primary Schools in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers in the classroom and promoting the learning and development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote good behaviour and manage challenging behaviour in the classroom
  • Aid pupils in their learning and provide feedback to teachers
  • Create and maintain a supportive and orderly learning environment
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Experience of working with children with additional needs (not essential)
  • Friendly, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Passion for education and a commitment to supporting pupil learning
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Reliability and adaptability
  • Good organisational and communication skills
