We are seeking an exceptional Area Mortgage Manager to lead our team of Mortgage Advisors across multiple branches in the North East of England.
As the Mortgage Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants, driving sales performance and exceeding targets. You will also be responsible for recruiting and mentoring new team members to ensure the continued growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure the continued growth and success of our business
- Drive sales performance and exceed targets through effective target setting and sales forecasting
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and deliver longer-term sales forecasts and attraction/retention plans to Senior Managers
Requirements:
- Full mortgage qualifications and Financial Services experience
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
