Head of FP&A Opportunity

4square Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Head of FP&A to join our client's team based near Swindon. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a competitive salary of 70-80k.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, including business and revenue modeling.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to senior stakeholders, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Optimize forecasting processes, partnering with the finance team to prepare variance reporting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and eliminate waste, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and IT teams to evolve systems and processes, ensuring detailed financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain the company's financial model, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data analytics, to drive business insights.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
