About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis of financial results against targets and previous years' results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the company.
  • Reporting and Insights: Partner with different business units to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing input to rolling forecasts and undertaking ad hoc financial reviews.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders to review and challenge weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L performances, ensuring a deep understanding of financial results.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
