Head of FP&A Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of FP&A to join our finance management team at Reed. This is a critical role that requires a strong financial planning and analysis background, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, analyses, and recommendations to senior executives and the board of directors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expert Excel skills, including advanced modeling and data analytics.
