We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our media rights strategy and operations. As the Head of Media Rights, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive media rights plan that maximizes revenue and exposure for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a media rights strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead negotiations with broadcast partners to secure optimal media rights deals
  • Manage the production and delivery of broadcast content, including scheduling and operations
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through digital media and subscription-based models
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcast partners, clubs, and other football rights holders
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in broadcasting rights industry, with a global network of broadcasters, rights holders, and agencies
  • Proven track record of end-to-end media rights distribution, including contractual delivery, scheduling, revenue generation, and P&L responsibility
  • Strong understanding of the sports broadcast landscape and ability to maximize our rights
  • Excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to express and present ideas concisely and precisely through PPT, Word, and Excel
