About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Stack Middlesbrough. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Act as a positive leader and role model, training and motivating our team to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Business Management: Confidently manage all aspects of a complex business, including financial management, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Guest Relations: Manage guest feedback and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Promotional Activities: Implement and drive promotional activities to boost venue visibility and attract more guests.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality.
  • A minimum of 1 year as a Duty Manager in a high-volume venue.
  • Preferred: Driving license, first aid training certificate, experience with Zonal operational systems.
